Ability to hit for power, ability to hit for average, speed, defense and arm.

Right now, I'd say the inclination would be to go with Ubaldo. De La Rosa, Hammel and Cook.

How much of this team do you think will remain intact for the 2010 season and who most likely will not be back?

Tracy's Answer:
I think the bulk of the team will be back. Likely free agent losses include Marquis and Torrealba. Garrett Atkins doesn't figure to be back. Ryan Spilborghs could be dealt in an effort to add pitching. The big name who could be dealt but only in the right deal is Brad Hawpe, although that would be a difficult one to pull the trigger on.

Does Spilly still fit in the rox's long term plans? If not; where do you think he would fit?

I would see Spilborghs as a possible part of an off-season trade. Philadelphia, Boston, Milwaukee, Toronto, Cincinnati, Washington are teams that could use a right-handed outfielder.
